The Big Egg Hunt

I was invited by Hackett London to artwork their Egg for this year’s Big Egg Hunt a charity supported by royal patronage. The Big Egg Hunt ran from 24th March to 27th April, 2025, and during Easter, London was dazzled by over 100 decorated large-scale eggs, brought to life by iconic names in not only art, but also design, interiors, food and retail.

The public were invited to find the scattered 2ft egg sculptures as part of a free-to-view trail across iconic locations and landmarks. From historic neighbourhoods like Chelsea, Canary Wharf, Covent Garden and Marble Arch, to famous cornerstones in London’s rich tapestry, such as Battersea Power Station, The Barbican, The British Museum and The Royal Albert Hall.

My egg proudly stood outside Cadogan Hall. I created a completely hand drawn sculpture painted and gilded in silver and 24K gold. It was my first sculptural painting.
